  • 1. Rights and obligations of the parties
  • 1.1. The administration reserves the right to make any changes on the server without prior notice to the players.
  • 1.2. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility for their violation. By confirming the registration on the server, you automatically agree to the rules.
  • 1.3. All players must independently track changes in the rules.
  • 1.4. The server administration is not responsible for damage caused by playing on this server.
  • 1.5. The administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent impossibility of playing on the server by a specific person or group of persons.
  • 1.6. The administration has the right at any time, without explanation, to stop providing access to the server to a specific user or subnet as a whole.
  • 1.7. The administration is not obliged to return things, accounts, characters or their parameters lost by players for any possible reason.
  • 1.8. In the event of a server failure, the Administration takes the necessary actions to restore its performance as soon as possible.
  • 1.9. Players are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Administration and the provisions of this agreement.
  • 1.10. Responsibility is borne by the account owner, regardless of who performed actions under this account.
  • 1.11. All players are obliged to monitor the absence of software prohibited by paragraph 3.1 of the rules on the computers from which access to the game servers is performed.
  • 1.12. In case of violation of any clauses of this agreement against the user by other players or GM, the user of the service has the right to file a complaint against e-mail addresses, providing evidence of the violation (screenshots, videos).
  • 1.13. Accounts and all their contents are the property of the server administration.
  • 2. Interaction with server administration (forum moderators, GMs, developers, scripters, etc.)
  • 2.1. It is forbidden to disrespect the Server Administration.

  • 2.2. Threats, prayers, etc. are prohibited. to the Server Administration both on the forum and in the game. (for this it is proposed to use PM in the game, PM on the forum or e-mail).

  • 2.3. It is forbidden to attack GMs without their prior consent.
    Punishment: from blocking a character for 2 days to blocking an account for 7 days.
  • 2.4. It is forbidden to deceive the administration.
    Punishment: from blocking a character for a day to deleting an account on the forum and in the game.
  • 2.5. It is forbidden to publish conversations with the GMs, or their contents without prior approval.

  • 2.6. GMs do not interfere with the game process, except in cases of violation of the rules, planned events or ongoing work.
  • 2.7. When a Gamemaster appears in your immediate vicinity, you should suspend any combat operations, especially if they are directed against a character near whom an administration representative has appeared.

  • 2.8. In the event of disputes, the player has the right to file a complaint against email addresses, providing evidence of the violation (screenshots, videos).
  • 2.9. It is forbidden to spread rumors, slander about the server and the Administration.
    Punishment: deletion of all violator accounts.
  • 3. Use of programs, gameplay
  • 3.1. It is forbidden to use programs that emulate the presence of a player in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of the server software. By such we mean programs that change the client or replace it, and change or facilitate the gameplay by non-gaming methods. Something like: showing data about another character not provided by the game developers, for example, HP targets, automating the gameplay, automating the entrance to the game after restart, using, by programmatic methods, errors and shortcomings of the game, such as dropping a target from the player, a temporary disconnect, etc. .d. The exception is the subscribers of the "Professional" package, whose characters are in the pis-zone and are used for crafting and trading.

It is forbidden to sell or buy for real money, as well as equivalent "electronic means of payment" (WebMoney, YandexMoney, etc.), any game items (game currency, weapons, armor, resources, etc.). The sale of game characters and (or) accounts is prohibited in any form, for any game and non-game values. It is forbidden to mention or discuss such deals in the game, on the forum, as well as on third-party resources.

  • 4.2. It is forbidden to kill monsters when they cannot hit the player for a reason caused by ways not provided by the game.
    Punishment: from blocking a character for 2 days to blocking an account for a period of 14 days.
  • 4.3. If you find a new bug, please report it to the Server Administration through your Personal Account. Help in finding bugs is encouraged.
  • 4.4. It is forbidden to use geodata inaccuracies or geodata errors.

  • 5. Conversation, naming
  • 5.1. It is forbidden to flood in public places. Messages about selling, buying, exchanging and recruiting to the guild are allowed no more than two in a row within 60 seconds.

  • 5.2. It is forbidden to use obscene expressions and insult players in the game. Private (PM) chat when insulting parents. White chat - especially rude insults. Any insults through the title / trade signs.

  • 5.3. Guild names, guild abbreviations that offend other players or simply contain vulgar language are not allowed. In the case of a guild, the guild is disbanded and the guild leader's account is blocked. Names that offend other players or simply contain vulgar language are prohibited. It is forbidden to use the names of politicians who promote Nazi ideology, terrorists, insulting distortions of the names of states, nationalities, nations and other names that violate moral and ethical standards that contribute to inciting religious, interethnic and any other "holy" war on the forum.

  • 5.6. It is forbidden to pretend to be the Administration or a trustee of the administration.

  • 5.7. It is forbidden to argue and challenge the actions of the administration. To do this, it is possible to file a justified complaint by mail through your personal account.

  • 6. Doing business
  • 6.1. Any fraudulent activity carried out in order to obtain money or property from another player is prohibited.
    Punishment: deletion of all accounts of the violator on the forum and in the game.
  • 6.2. It is forbidden to use the shortcomings of the game when trading, because. similarity of textures, removal of things when trading, etc.

In the event that a player commits an act that clearly damages the organization of the game and (or) the game process, but is not expressly specified in the rules, the Administration has the right to impose a punishment adequate to the act committed (up to deleting the account), followed by mandatory changes to its edition and by publicly announcing its decision to impose a penalty in such cases on the server's website and (or) on the forum.
  • 7.3. Each player who has confirmed the registration agreement is notified that he must be an adult and legally capable person, according to the laws of the player's country. Otherwise, the player must refrain from playing. Remember that in the chat other players can use insults, obscene language, so you yourself need to deal with restricting the child's access to the server.
