  • 1. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties
  • 1.1. Right to Amend: The Magicsea Online Administration reserves the right to make any changes to the gameplay, content, server technical specifications, and these Game Rules without prior notice to players.
  • 1.2. Familiarity with Rules: Ignorance of these Game Rules does not exempt from responsibility for their violation. Registration and starting to play Magicsea Online implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Game Rules and the User Agreement. The player is responsible for knowing and complying with the current rules.
  • 1.3. Monitoring Changes: Players must independently monitor changes and updates to these Game Rules published on the official website or in the game client.
  • 1.4. Limitation of Liability for Gameplay: Magicsea Online Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or moral harm resulting from participation in the game, including loss of in-game items, experience, reputation, or other game assets.
  • 1.5. Limitation of Liability for Server Access: Magicsea Online Administration is not responsible for temporary or permanent inability of a specific player or group of players to access the server due to technical issues, communication interruptions, account suspension for rule violations, or other reasons.
  • 1.6. Right to Restrict Access: Magicsea Online Administration reserves the right at any time, without explanation, to terminate access to the game server for a specific user, account, or subnet.
  • 1.7. No Obligation to Restore Lost Items: Magicsea Online Administration is not obliged to restore in-game items, currency, accounts, characters, or their parameters lost by players for any reason, including technical failures, game errors, actions of other players, or player mistakes.
  • 1.8. Measures to Restore Functionality: In case of server malfunctions, Magicsea Online Administration will make reasonable efforts to restore server functionality as soon as possible.
  • 1.9. Players' Responsibilities: Players must comply with these Game Rules, the User Agreement, and lawful requirements and instructions of the Administration.
  • 1.10. Account Responsibility: The account owner is fully responsible for all actions made using the account, regardless of who performed them. Transferring the account to another person does not relieve the owner of responsibility.
  • 1.11. Software Control: All players must ensure their computers used to access Magicsea Online servers do not have any software prohibited by these Game Rules (especially section 2.1).
  • 1.12. Complaint Procedure: If a player experiences violations of these Game Rules by other players or Administration representatives (GMs), they have the right to submit an official complaint with evidence (screenshots, videos) to the email addresses listed on the official Magicsea Online website.
  • 1.13. Ownership of Accounts and Content: Magicsea Online accounts and all their contents (characters, items, currency, etc.) are exclusive property of Magicsea Online Administration. The Administration reserves the right to manage them at its discretion.
  • 2. Prohibited Actions:
  • 2.1. Use of Third-Party Software (Cheats, Bots, Macros): Use of any programs, scripts, bots, macros, or other tools that automate gameplay, give unfair advantage over other players, or disrupt game balance is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: * Automatic quest or routine task completion. * Automatic resource gathering. * Alteration of game speed or other game parameters. * Use of information not available in normal gameplay (e.g., radar hacks showing locations of other players beyond visibility).
  • 2.2. Exploitation of Bugs and Vulnerabilities (Bug Abuse): Using bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain, disrupting gameplay, or harming other players is prohibited. Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported immediately to the Administration.
  • 2.3. Interference with Server and Accounts: Any interference with the game server operation or attempts to gain unauthorized access to other players’ accounts or administrative tools is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: * Account hacking. * DoS/DDoS attacks. * Distribution of malware.
  • 2.4. Violation of Game Balance: Using tactics aimed at deliberately disrupting game balance or creating unfair situations for other players is prohibited.
  • 2.5. Real Money Trading (RMT): Selling, buying, exchanging, or offering in-game items, currency, characters, or services for real money or other valuables outside the game economy is prohibited.
  • 2.6. Account Sharing: Transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited. Accounts are intended for personal use by the registered user only.
  • 2.7. Multi-Accounting: Use of multiple accounts is allowed only if explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game mode or Administration. Abuse of multi-accounting for unfair advantage is prohibited (e.g., using multiple accounts to gather resources simultaneously).
  • 2.8. Match Fixing and Manipulation: Organizing fixed matches, intentional losing, manipulating results in PvP or other competitive modes, or other unfair behavior is prohibited.
  • 2.9. Improper Use of Game Mechanics: Abuse of game mechanics such as map exploits, system bugs, or other features that give unfair advantage is prohibited.
  • 2.10. Abuse of Complaint System: Abuse of the complaint system by sending false or unfounded complaints aimed at harassment or discrediting other players is prohibited.
  • 3. User Behavior:
  • 3.1. Insults and Threats: Insults, threats, discrimination, hate speech, violence promotion, or any other inappropriate behavior towards other players or Administration representatives is prohibited.
  • 3.2. Profanity: Use of obscene language, vulgar expressions, or other offensive language in public chat channels is prohibited.
  • 3.3. Flooding and Spamming: Flooding (repeated posting of similar messages) and spamming (mass unsolicited messaging) in game chats are prohibited.
  • 3.4. Impersonation of Administration: Impersonating Administration representatives or misleading other players is prohibited.
  • 3.5. Posting Personal Information: Posting personal information of other players without their consent is prohibited.
  • 3.6. Disturbance of Public Order: Any behavior disrupting public order in the game, interfering with other players, or harming gameplay is prohibited.
  • 3.7. Disrespect towards Magicsea Online Administration is prohibited.
  • 3.8. Threats, pleas, and other forms of pressure towards Magicsea Online Administration on the forum or in-game are prohibited. For contacting Administration, it is recommended to use private messages in-game, forum PMs, or email.
  • 3.9. Attacking GMs without their prior consent is prohibited.
  • 3.10. Deceiving Magicsea Online Administration is prohibited.
  • 3.11. Publishing private conversations with GMs or their contents without prior consent from Administration is prohibited.
  • 3.12. GMs do not interfere in gameplay except in cases of rule violations, scheduled events, or official duties.
  • 3.13. When a GM appears nearby, all combat actions should be suspended, especially if directed against a character near the Administration representative.
  • 3.14. In case of disputes, players may submit complaints to the email addresses on the official Magicsea Online website, providing evidence (screenshots, videos).
  • 3.15. Spreading rumors, slander, or knowingly false information about Magicsea Online and Administration is prohibited.
  • 4. Trade and Economy:
  • 4.1. Fraud: Fraudulent activities in trading, exchanging, or other financial operations in the game are prohibited.
  • 4.2. Price Manipulation: Deliberate price distortion aimed at unjust profit or harming other players is prohibited.
  • 4.3. Advertising Third-Party Resources: Advertising external resources unrelated to Magicsea Online in game chats or otherwise is prohibited.
  • 5. PvP Features (if applicable):
  • 5.1. Abuse of PvP Mechanics: Abuse of PvP mechanics to gain unfair advantage, e.g., deliberately killing low-level players who cannot resist, is prohibited.
  • 5.2. Match Fixing in PvP: Fixed PvP fights or other manipulations of PvP results are prohibited.
  • 5.3. Alliances for 'Feeding': Forming alliances aimed at avoiding battles with each other and concentrating on 'feeding' (killing other players to gain points, rewards, or other advantages) at the expense of non-allied players is prohibited. Intentional losing in PvP to boost others' ratings is also prohibited.
  • 6. Rule Amendments
  • 6.1. Right to Amend and Supplement Rules: Magicsea Online Administration reserves the unconditional right to change, supplement, revise, or cancel these Game Rules, User Agreement, and any other governing documents regulating gameplay at any time. Notifications of such changes may be published on the official website, in the game client, or forum, but lack of notification does not affect the validity of the changes.
  • 6.2. Right to Punish Actions Not Described in the Rules: If a player commits actions that, in the Administration’s opinion, cause clear and significant harm to the game's organization, gameplay, Magicsea Online's reputation, or other players, but are not explicitly described in these Game Rules, the Administration has the right to impose punishment proportionate to the severity of the act. Punishments may include (but are not limited to): temporary account suspension, permanent account ban, character deletion, item confiscation, rating reduction, and other sanctions deemed necessary by the Administration. The decision is made based on internal investigation and available evidence. The Administration commits to timely update these Game Rules to explicitly prohibit such acts in the future and publicly announce the punishment and rule changes on the official website and/or forum.
  • 6.3. Player Age and Capacity
  • 6.3. 1. By confirming registration agreement in Magicsea Online, each player guarantees they are of legal age and fully capable according to their country’s laws. If a player is underage or legally incapacitated, they must refrain from registering and using an account.
  • 6.3. 2. Magicsea Online Administration is not responsible for actions of minors or incapacitated persons using the service. Parents or legal guardians bear full responsibility for controlling and limiting their children’s access to Magicsea Online and monitoring their in-game behavior.
  • 6.3. 3. Magicsea Online Administration is not responsible for chat content and other in-game communications. Players are responsible for protecting minors from inappropriate content, insults, profanity, and other potentially harmful materials. Administration makes reasonable efforts to moderate chats and prevent violations but cannot guarantee full protection from undesirable content.
